New kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, floating shelves and new appliances. Plates, glasses, cookware, barware, air fryer, and coffeemaker are all provided. We have a separate bar area with a refrigerator and an expandable dining room table.
Large comfortable living room with woodburning fireplace, and new furniture. We also have a 55" flat screen tv with YouTube TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Two bedrooms (one with a sink) and plenty of storage space. Front entry has a loveseat that folds out into a twin bed.
Though the bathroom is small, it is mighty! Everything is new in 2024 and the toilet has some special features. Shampoo, soap, lotion are also provided.

Clear Lake has countless offerings for people of all ages. Catch incredible shows year-round at the iconic Surf Ballroom. The Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce does an outstanding job promoting the community with their 4th of July celebration, Thursdays on Main, and the antique car and boat shows.
Clear Lake is still hot in the winter months with Color the Wind Kite Festival and the Winter Dance Party.
